Terms for Referencing, Sharing, and Reusing Our Content

You may reference or share portions of our content in good faith, provided you adhere to the following guidelines.

Prohibited commercial uses include, but are not limited to:

2. No Implication of Endorsement or Affiliation

This includes:

  • Misrepresenting your relationship to our brand, team, or guests

Use of our work must remain clearly separate from your brand identity and not imply association.

3. No Harmful, Misleading, or Offensive Use

You may not use our content:

  • To defame, mislead, or target others

  • In a way that misrepresents the original intent or message
  • In any context that could damage our reputation or that of our guests, contributors, or affiliates

You must not alter or distort the meaning of the original material. If multiple versions of the same content exist, always use the most recent.

6. No Derivative Works

You may not adapt, translate, transform, or build upon our content without explicit written permission. This includes:

  • Creating books, frameworks, presentations, or tools based on our intellectual property
  • Translating or rewriting our content in another language or format
  • Replicating the tone, structure, or format of our media in a derivative series or product

The use of any of our content in training datasets or for generating synthetic media, including AI-generated content simulating our voice, likeness, or style, is strictly prohibited.
